URINFO2000 enables continuous, real-time monitoring of urine output for the optimization of fluid management and acute renal care. URINFO2000 provides clinicians with early and ongoing assessment of fluid balance and impending risks to kidney function. 
 

It is well-established that earlier detection and treatment reduce staff, laboratory, and treatment costs in the critical care setting.
 

URINFO2000 is comprised of two components:

  • Electronics - Optical drop reader and digital display monitor with memory and event alarms.

  • Disposables – Proprietary urine collection and measurement unit (the only disposable that works with the automated URINFO2000 system).
     

URINFO2000 is currently available in two configurations:

  • Stand-alone system at the patient's bedside

  • Integrated communication with Clinical Information Systems or Electronic Medical Records (to view trends and rapid physiological responses to the administration of fluids and medication).

 

Target Market
The initial markets for URINFO2000 are critical care units (general medicine and post-surgery, cardiac, neuro), operating rooms, and emergency departments where reliable urine output information is crucial for patient care.
